Doctor Who
- Whispers of Terror
The Doctor is accused of
murder at the far future Museum of Aural Antiquities, where the personal
recordings of the late actor-turned-politician Visteen Krane have been
stored. A pair of mercenaries break into the Museum after hours, intending
to alter Krane's recordings. But why? When the killings begin, the local
police find two very obvious suspects who cannot account for their presence
in the museum, and the Doctor must not only prove their innocence, but
uncover the real murderer and his highly unusual modus operandii...
Doctor Who
- The Marian Conspiracy
Tracking a nexus point in
time, the Doctor meets Dr Evelyn Smythe, a history lecturer whose own
history seems to be rapidly vanishing. The Doctor must travel back to Tudor
times to stabilise the nexus and save Evelyn's life. But there he meets the
Queen of England and must use all his skills of diplomacy to avoid ending up
on the headman's block...
Doctor Who
- The Spectre of Lanyon Moor
The Doctor and Evelyn arrive
in Cornwall and encounter a very special old friend, apparently helping out
with a local archaelogical dig. But Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart has another
agenda which has been laid down by his old employers, UNIT. Evelyn meanwhile
strikes up a friendship with the local aristocracy in the form of Sir
Archibald Flint and the Doctor decides to go digging about in an old fogou.
However, something very ancient and very evil is gathering up its power in
and around Lanyon Moor and before long the Doctor discovers that not only
does everyone in the village harbour secrets, some of those secrets could
lead to the destruction of the planet...
Doctor Who
- The Apocalypse
Element
Twenty years ago, an
expedition made up of representatives from a number of worlds disappeared on
the planetoid Etra Prime, including the newly inaugurated President of
Gallifrey, one Lady Romana. Some time later, many of their dead bodies
materialised on the planet Archetryx. Today, Archetryx hosts a delagation
from the many planets who have time travel capabilities, including the Monan
Host and representatives from Gallifrey. However, as the Doctor finds
himself drawn to Archetryx, it becomes evident Etra Prime is being used as a
weapon to destroy Archetryx. But why? What is the secret of the Gravity
Wells and what is the significance of the crystals adorning the mutants that
exist down there? And just why does the incumbant President of the High
Council of the Time Lords allow a Dalek Task Force to land on Gallifrey? |
